Constant wind and one of the most beautiful beaches of the world

Jericoacoara is well known by everyone (specially a kitesurfer!). Chosen as one of the ten beaches to visit in 2017, the small village, in the middle of the desert, is the main touristic spot of the state Ceará. It is not unfair: lagoons in the middle of the dunes, dunes everywhere, stone formation such as Pedra Furada (the main postcard in Jeri), the sunset besides the ocean... Jeri​, its lovely nickname, is really all that people say. The village has been growing a lot in the last years, so be prepared to find a more touristic place than a rustic fishing village lost in the 90's.

The beach of Preá, that belongs to the neighbor city of Jijoca, Cruz, is the closest spot to new airport.
