HOSPITALITY POLICY
When booking your stay at Terra Patris! Atellier Pousada, you automaticaly agree with our Hospitality Policy.
Please read carefully our policies before you confirm your reservation or get in touch with us if you have any doubts.
Terra Patris! has a pool and observation tower, both without access restriction.
For safety reasons, we only accept children over 12 years old.
Check-in: From 2 pm
Check-out: Until midday (12pm)
> Early Check-in and Late Check-out subjected to charges and availability.
Values for Late Check-out:
* Until 2pm: 25% daily rate
* From 2pm to 6pm: 50% daily rate
* After 6pm: 100% daily rate
RATES POLICY
Our rates are variable and can be altered according to demand, special dates, advance of the booking, and others.
We guarantee that at the moment of booking, the rate offered/showed will always be the best rate available. We do not offer discounts on our rates.
PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY
To guarantee your booking, we ask for a bank deposit (Bradesco, Banco do Brasil or Itaú, available only for Brazilian or Brazilian citizens) or electronic payment (PayPal - for foreigners - and Pagseguro - only brazilians) of 50% of the total amount for your stay. As soon as you make the payment by bank deposit, please advise us so we can confirm your Booking. If you pay through PayPal or Pagseguro, that is not necessary, as them will mail both of us when your payment is completed. Your booking confirmation will always be send from us to you by e-mail through our online booking system.
Observation: Deposits done in ATM’s will only be valid after the bank compensation.
Deposits or online payments done after the date determined in your pre-booking will not be permitted and can be returned, with a deduction of 20% to cover bank and operational costs.
The payment of the remaining 50% will have to be done during check-in. The payment can be done by cash, debit cards (Maestro and Visa Electron) or credit cards (Visa, Master and Diners), online bank transfer or, in case none of these options are available due to technical problems, by electronic payment (PayPal or Pagseguro).
CANCELLATION, ALTERATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY
CANCELLATION
The booking cancellation will always have to be done formally by e-mail. The cancellation policy is applied according to the fare selected when you make your booking with us.
Promotional Rate
Our Promotional Rate is offered with a discount, but there is no right to change or cancel your booking. If you have chosen this fare when booking a room with us, the value already paid won't be refunded in case of cancellation and you won't be able to change the dates of your booking.
Flexible Rate
The Flexible Rate allows the guest to change his plans for the trip. Up to 21 (twenty one) days in advance of your check-in, part of the value paid will be returned, with the deduction of 20% for operational costs. After this period, there will be no return of the values already paid for the booking, but you can change the dates of your stay (check details on the next item, CHANGING BOOKING DATES).
CHANGING BOOKING DATES
If you need to change the dates of your stay at Terra Patris!, the policy will vary according to the rate choosen:
Promotional Rate
If you have booked your reservation with the promotional rate, changing dates will not be applicable to your reservation. The value already paid will not be refundable in any case.
Flexible Rate
If you have booked your reservation with the flexible rate, within 10 (ten) days before your arrival, you can change the dates of your stay, according to availability and rates for the date chosen.
The change of the dates will have to be done when you cancel your booking and further changes will not be permitted. The bookings are personal and not transferrable.
For changes under 21 (trenty one) days of advance, the value paid for the booking will be retained and will not be refundable.
EARLY CHECK-OUT
In case of early check-out (or in a previous date than the originally booked), the total value of the period of the booking will be charged.
NO SHOW
No Show is when the guest does not check-in on the date planned.
In this case, the bungalow will be available until the next day at 10 am. After this period, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund under any circunstances.
